Christmas volunteering for Rangatahi

Our rangatahi Kohanga volunteered their weekend to do some packing, cleaning, clearing and sorting of Christmas hampers and presents at Wesley Mission Brisbane’s Emergency Relief Service in Fortitude Valley.

Our youth and whanau managed to unpack and sort all of the first weeks presents and toys; as well as sorted, cleared and packed almost 150 full hampers and 30 partial hampers. Mean job whanau…. Not only do the red bags look great, it is also in aid of a very worthy cause to help, support and assist those less fortunate this Christmas season. Tino pai to mahi rangatahi ma… And remember, we return later in the week for another hard day’s mahi!
