Te Kohanga ote whenua hou Assoc. Inc supports the good governance of Maori community organisations through the establishment of appropriate policies & procedures, risk management systems, strategic planning and the integration of vision, mission and values consistent with taha Maori and tikanga Maori.
Te Kohanga ote whenua hou believes that it is crucial to embed Kaupapa Maori into this governance framework to ensure that the context, content and control remains Maori and is shared with all whanau who join Te Kohanga ote whenua hou in an open, inclusive and supportive environment.
